Using BillBook Lanka

BillBook Lanka helps you keep business records such as invoices, receipts, cashbook entries, orders and stock. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, and for keeping your own backups — you can export your data at any time.

Signing in with Google

Signing in is optional. If you use “Continue with Google”, you authorise Google to share your basic profile (name, email address and profile picture) with BillBook Lanka so we can create and secure your account. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google's own terms, and our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Not financial, tax or legal advice

The app performs ordinary arithmetic on the numbers you enter. It does not provide financial, tax or legal advice, is not IRD-certified, and is not a replacement for a qualified accountant. Any tax-related figures are conveniences only and must be reviewed by a professional before you rely on them.

No payment, bank or tax-filing service

BillBook Lanka does not process payments, connect to any bank or card network, and does not file taxes or submit anything to the IRD on your behalf. The optional Business Assistant only prepares drafts from your own records for you to review — it gives no advice and sends nothing automatically.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with the laws of Sri Lanka, including any tax or record-keeping obligations that apply to your business.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
